I was with them for 19 years never had a claim. Rate only went up. Only when I told them I was leaving did they want to offer a better rate but I had to change my deductible and lose some coverages. Then asked if they could call in 6 months to see if they could offer a better rate. I got all the same coverage and deductible and more for less where I went. You would figure if you had someone dedicated for a long period of time who never had an issue you would offer the lowest possible rate possible to keep them but I guess thats the world we're living in make as much as you can while you can. But now Ill get a reply of sorry our rates weren't in your favor and how they have no control over the rates. Funny how you can pay one rate here and a completely different rate somewhere else.

My monthly payments went from 70 dollars to 150 for being in 1 accident. They didnt even raise it at time of, it took a year for them to decide lets do it for funsies. man get out of here. Helping nobody☠️
