I have had Todd Stewart as my State Farm agent for 15 years and not only have I not had any problems on the residential side of things but have really had a fantastic expereance over all. Todd Stewart's has amazing rates/prices on all there insurance poliys that are quite simply unmatched. I did have a commercial policy that was incorrectly done by a "corporate underwriter" (NOT) an employee from Todd Stewart's office which made me a little concerned. However, even after something that was out of the control of the local office, one of Todd Stewart's staff (Téa) has been extremely helpful and worked tirelessly to correct the problem made by a corporate underwriter. She took my call right away and immediately got things straightened out within a couple of hours or less, In addition when it came to adding additional vehicles she stayed over on a "Friday night" of all things to get my company a quote to upgrade a policy for an upcoming commercial contract my company has coming up saving us time and increasing my company's chances of getting the contract. Todd Stewart has a great team and one of the team members who has really gone above and beyond helping my business is Téa. She has not just been a great and professional team member but has also gone way above and beyond her normal job duties as given in the example above, for this and other reasons has regained my faith in the State Form company as a whole because I know with people like her working for State Farm, State Farm will always have you back! Thank you Todd Stewart, and team for a wonderful 15-year experience!!

Where do I begin?? This has been the most horrific experience that I've ever had with an insurance company. My car was totaled in November, and we are about to start February and it is still not resolved. My claim states a payment was issued January 10th and it was not. I have paid 2 car payments to car that I haven't had. The people here answer the phone and talk without making notes or doing any work. I had one of the reps tell me that the ball was dropped after waiting two weeks for an answer regarding my vehicle. Nothing was even touched on my account for weeks. I will NEVER use State Farm again simply from this experience. As soon as this is resolved, I am switching insurance. You all need to do better when playing with people's money. Goodbye and good ridden.

This company should be shut down there saying that I was in a car accident and they paid out 15k and now there trying to cancel my policy all around there’s no police report no other insurance companys can even look up the claim number and my bill was never the same.
